Effective date: July 7, 2026
Frameium (frameium.com) is a design discovery tool: you capture websites, and we organize what you capture into your personal library and boards. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Frameium website, API, and browser extension (the extension also has its own dedicated policy).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Your library and boards are private by default. If you choose to make a board public, the items on it (captures, source links, board name, and your display name) become visible to anyone with the link. You can make a public board private again at any time.
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run Frameium: hosting and delivery (Vercel), database (Neon Postgres), authentication (Clerk), and AI services used to categorize captured content. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Some are located outside Canada, so your data may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
We keep your content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items or boards at any time — deletion is immediate and permanent. If you want your entire account and its data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
In accordance with Canada's PIPEDA and similar laws elsewhere, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
